Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Because our candles, soaps, and skincare products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or busy seasons.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Warm Weather Shipping
Candles, Soap, and our Lotions are sensitive to heat. During warm weather months, packages may be exposed to high temperatures during transit. While we package items carefully, Mountains Make Scents cannot guarantee candles will not soften or melt in extreme heat.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, Mountains Make Scents is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If your package appears to be lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Mountains Make Scents cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
